Description
The Spryfield Community Wellness Centre provides convenient access to a variety of community-based health services in one central location. Services available at the centre include family medicine, blood collection, diabetes care, and adult mental health and addictions support.
Operated in partnership with Nova Scotia Health and Dalhousie Family Medicine, the centre helps connect Spryfield residents with essential health programs and professional care close to home. Appointments and referrals may be required for some services.
